Hi! I’m Cat.

I’m a StrongFirst Team Leader Elite, kettlebell coach, former gym owner, wife and adventure buddy to husband Chau, and dog mom.

In my twenties, I was a stressed out corporate drone who battled my body with hours of cardio and an unhealthy relationship with food. 

Now, thanks to learning how to use kettlebells with skill, technique, and smart programming, I'm the strongest I've ever been — and I'm in my forties. 

In my 9+ years of coaching, owning a gym, training, teaching, and learning from my mentors, I've taught hundreds of students and instructors how to build strength safely with kettlebells. 

I believe in ditching the outdated mindset of punishing our bodies, always “going hard”, and sacrificing form — and trading it in for learning strength as a skill that we practice. 

Once you make that mindset shift, it will positively impact every aspect of your life.  It’s life-changing — it has been for me, and it can be for you too.
